BEST 6 HOURS YOU’LL EVER WAIT. A few notes on this recipe — I have a deep love/hate relationship with chicken, so the best way for me to prepare it, is to prepare nothing at all. Enter slow cooker. You have the option of cooking this on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7. I’ve cooked mine on low for 6 hours each time and have enjoyed it. This is a meal that keeps on giving - I’ve found so many ways to use and repurpose this from tacos, to using this as a protein in a soup, to serving over quinoa, or mixing with white beans.
