Recipes. They’re a guide. I encourage you to make them your own, and when you do, share how you’ve customized them.

I’ll tell you when to cut corners and when not to — do your food justice and take the time to shred fresh cheddar cheese — no pre-shred-ched, but if you must, Tillamook is the only acceptable pre-shred-ched.
